Units ship from our EU warehouse via courier (typically DHL). Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–5 business days. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
Units arrive in retail-ready individual boxes. You can sell them as-is or strip packaging for installation. Product sheet included in each box.
Your account contact is reachable by email and WhatsApp during business hours. Average response time under 4 hours on weekdays.
Faulty units are replaced without question. For other returns, contact your account manager — we handle issues case by case and fairly.
